WordsOut Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. License to Use the Service

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law;
• use the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. Purchases and Billing

The Service may include paid features or digital content (for example, deck packs).

• In-app purchases are processed by the platform provider (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), not directly by us.
• Pricing, taxes, and payment terms are shown at purchase time.
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable platform's policies.
• "Restore Purchases" functionality depends on platform account eligibility and platform rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in a way that harms or disrupts the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfere with other users' use of the Service;
• use automation to scrape or abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, is owned by WordsOut or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to you except the limited license in Section 2.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• you violate these Terms;
• required by law;
• needed to protect users, the Service, or our systems.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion through in-app settings or by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORDSOUT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WordsOut and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
